INSPIRING QUOTE

The physical body is a temple. Take care of it. The mind is energy. Regulate it. The soul is the projection. Represent it. All knowledge is false if the soul is not experienced in the body.

TEMPTATION

When I was seventeen I hitchhiked with a friend to Italy. We both where totally into art and I wanted to pursue a career as a painter / sculpture after finishing school. On that holiday I got deeply touched by the artistic fruits of medieval times. The style and the colors they used really gave me the long time goozebumps. I internally connect with a place of innocence looking at the fresco's and pictures. Something opens up inside my heart.
What I see and feel can be best described as an absence of drama. It just is what it is. It doesn't matter if the visualized themes are cruel or peaceful (some of the artists where masters in creating really horrible visions about hell and the last judgement...) there just is that quality of innocence through the absence of doubt and an upright trust.
Last month, in Italy, this love for medieval art got renewed and uplifted to new highs! Gosh, how beautiful are the fresco's and paintings of Giotto and my favorite:
Duccio!
I visited all the beautiful conserved places filled with treasures of art together with all the other tourists...; like herds of water buffalo's passing in big streams the Italian earth in need to feed our soul and nourish our heart dream.

There are two kinds of forces in this world: water and air. Air supplies consciousness and water supplies action. Air moves with it's wind spirit through our system for inspiration and communication with the whole. Water carries our heart desires, our soul wishes, towards the outcome.
The second chakra is connected to the element water and the residence/home of the self. From this place we understand that we have boundaries. The element water is also related to the soul link and from here we also long to belong to something bigger than ourselves. Like the remembrance of the ocean from where we emerges as a singel wave every morning waking up and merges back in our sleep. When our self is not sufficiently connected to the Nam (the truth that we all come from one) it tends to highjack the our second chakra 'power plant' and uses the energy to water all the eternal desires of the senses...., autsch! Jap, we all know how it goes. Instead of giving all our power for action to our heart desires we lose ourselves in whatever is attractive and occupies our thinking.

'Temptation' by Duccio
The second chakra is the place where duality emerges. With the water comes the supply of energy to reach the solution '2 be ONE': the shift from duality towards paradox. Living in paradox is allowing ourselves to be one by the virtue of respect. The second chakra embodies the sacred truth 'Honor One Another'.
Physical science recognizes second chakra energy as the law of cause and effect (for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction) and the law of magnetism (oppositely charged objects attract). Choice is born out of opposites and the power of action challenges us to make choises. Managing the power of choices with all the creative and spiritual implications is essential to our experience. Choice is the process of creation!
The magic we need to make the process of choice work for us is division. But first we have to stop relating through difference. By respecting our needs and boundaries we can come to a deeper understanding about ourselves and the other. It cuts us lose from making choices through splitting the world into divided bits. Communion by understanding that the other is in essence, like us, a spiritual messenger. When there is no difference in essence but just a difference in expression than there is no duality. We stop dividing with our senses to reunite with all! Now we are ready to use the paradoxical magic of division by using the wisdom of discernment. Using the negative wisdom that says "I'm not this, I am not that" is the know-how we need. We reinforce ourselves by acknowledging what we are not. It's about negating inappropriate methodes, actions and beliefs but not the essence of who we really are. Saying NO reveals our integrity and inhances respect. We eliminate to illuminate!

Last month I decided with the first moon intentionto to give in this 13 moon cycle more time to my creative activities. I got inspired, I saw the possibilities for new experiences and made this choice for expansion. Perhaps you experienced somewhat the same with any of your new goals.
Now we reached the second lunar intention of the challenge. Our oneness with the rhythm of nature lies in the action to polarize in order to stabilize (we all know the benefit of having two legs in terms of stability and mobility). We need this stretch of energie to feed our soul desires and to start the active process of creation (like walking). But we have to stay alert and watch out that our feet walking towards the right goal! At least in my experience this is a tricky time. Longings and desires plopping up in my system and doing their best to block my primary vision and fill my head with daydreaming and the stuff drama is made of. It's definitely the water which likes to run through the used riverbeds I unconsciously created in the past. If you recognize this in your own behavior please join me in the effort to reinforce our waterpower by using the 'know-how' of the NO! We have to honor our heart desires, let go of dividing the world with our sense perceptions into pieces and prevent the water from running through the carves we cut in ourselves for compensating our complexes. The same complexes we created by making choices on the outer differences, perceived through our senses.
Lets go for the real thing. Let's engage in a daily self-detoxification. let's eliminate to illuminate!

HOLIDAYS!

Over four hours I will step into a plain transporting me and my sweetheart to the Tuscany, yippiehyahey! 4 weeks of beautiful nature, art and good food... The perfect time and space to get tuned into the first moon intention: What are my goals for this new cycle? What do I want to attract? This is the moment to open ourselves to the power of attraction. No thinking or effort is needed first of all. We just have to led it come towards us by consciously synchronizing our intention with the intention of the cosmos.
So, I wish you all a great summer with beautifull revelations!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Today is the start of a brand new cycle! And it's starting with a blast of energy: We have a Full Moon in Aquarius and we have a Cardinal T-square!
The full Moon was for us Europeaan people arround 3:37 at 2 degrees Aquarius. The Aquarian full Moon is less intense than others mainly because it implies a certain amount of emotional detachment. The Sabian symbol (a beautiful, poetic manor to help us understand the intention of the degrees on the sodiac) is "A deserter from the navy".  It represents a breaking away from 'normal'. During this Moon phase we could receive insights into how we could break free from society where it's needed to uplift our own integrity.. But in the proces of getting free from restrictions we also have to deal with the consequences and this is not always a pleasant experience... Still we have a chance to feel where our integrity is true ore questionable and see wat's need to be done eventually. This Moon would like to show us where we could stand if we have the guts bear the consequences.
The Cardinal T-square involving Uranus/Saturn/Pluto. This Cardinal T-Square has the potential to stir up, shake up, birth, break up and break down all types of Relationships (personal and business). Since Saturn (mastery) is just arrived in the sign of Libra (relationships) and connect now to both Uranus (awakener) and Pluto (transformation) – Relationships, Love, Intimacy are our relevant topics.
If the foundation of any given relationship is not in integrity or solid, it will be most likely up in our faces so we can choose either to transform and grow (repair and adjust) or let go and move on. This will be a no-nonsense energy driving us to take action and stop stalling. It can also be very exciting! Out of the blue situations may manifest and bringing adventure and exhilaration to our lifes.  I assume we will be all challenged to grow and mature as well as trust in the bigger picture and evolve in our relationships. My suggestion is to maximize the potential of this energie by putting it into what gives equal consideration and respect. In this we honor the entire relationship -all parties are honored and then all thrive. We have to remember: now is the time to shift from competition into cooperation.

A quick first look at the start of this new 13 Moon Cycle.
This cycle starts with a galactic activation portal. There are 52 portal (Gap) days in the sacred 260 day Mayan calendar called Tzolk'in. The magnified energy of a portal day is generated by an integration of two cycles merging to create an accelerated frequency. These two cycles are the Pleiadian cycle, the "Tzolk'in," and a reflection of moon cycles the Mayas call "Tun Uc" reflected in mathematics of 28. The pattern revealed by the 52 Gap days resembles our DNA and the actual pattern the moon makes across our sky in 28 - 29 1/4 days. This is a space or time we reach out for new information and frequencies.

The cycle starts with ' Red Moon'. This kin (galactic signature) is about universal water and purification. This is the basic theme of the whole cycle.
In the yoga we say there are two powers: consciousness which is connected to the element air and energy which is connected to the element water. So this year we are even more bound to purify our stream of energy in and outside ourselfes. Water governs / carries our lifeforce, libido, health, prosperity, chi and power. That's a bunch of important words, wow!

First things I have to see to (and perhaps you too) is getting a filtersysteem for the kitchen water. This is a thing I wanted to buy for a long time already. So, no more excuses!
Second on my list is buying a nice waterbottle and writing an affirmation on it. I'm curious about 'Unconditional Love'. Would be wonderfull to grow more prosperous in this virtue :-)

YOGA FESTIVAL TERSCHELLING

June 26 I will give a Workshop at the Yoga Festival Terschelling. It will be an opportunity to experience the energy of the yoga combined with the creative intention of the cosmos. Because we have that day a lunar eclipse the energy of the day will be extreme and exeptionally potent. Eclipses are supercharged New and Full Moons with influence of up to six months.
Eclipses often fall prey to the misconception that they are harbingers of terrible things, disappointments, destruction, ruin, and the like. It's all about perception, though. Eclipses, in astrology, are accelerators. They speed up events, issues, situations in our personal lives and demand for them to be dealt with. The degree of difficulty, then, becomes dependent on:
  1. the readiness of the individual to tackle these challenges
  2. his/her willingness to do the work required
  3. his/her commitment to the cause/s which is really the self and its growth. The degree and depth of influence an eclipse or set of eclipses have depends on individual birth charts.
That day is on top of it the end of the twelfth moonfase (dedication / cooperation). The perfect moment to let go of whatever holds us back in the souls whish for growth according this cosmic intention.
The theme of the workshop wil be GREAT-FULLness.

POWER SHIELD

Yoga and Maya Astrology definitely changed my creative expression. I started to focus on finding ways to portret the tools of a soul. I believe that the soul makes a very deliberate entrance into this reality. By choosing the moment of birth the soul creates the perfect blend of the five elements (in yoga ether is the fifth element). This blend is the toolbox with all the perfect tools in it the soul needs to succeed in its endeavor.
With the soul character design I express in a playful way what I sense about this elementary toolbox. The fife elements are different qualities and each of us has a unique mixture of those. This personal blend is based in the energetic flow of our life force. Like the tools of a craftsman this personal blend gives character to all our actions.
I mainly use Maya Astrology and Akara Numerology which is connected to Kundalini Yoga. Together with a blend of shamanic wisdom guided by my intuition I create the 'power shield'.
Thick papyrus and oil paint sticks are a perfect combination of appealing matter with bright colors to give it a beautifull, natural appearence.
Wahey Guru!

T(E) = ART

The Law of Time distinguishes between a natural timing frequency that governs the universal order, and an artificial timing frequency which sets modern human civilization apart from the rest of its environment, the biosphere.
In the 12: 60 frequency most people are submitting themselves to, time is money. In the 13 - 20 frequency, lived through the thirteen moon calendar, time is art.
The Law of Time states that: Energy factored by time equals art. In this equation, (E) refers to all phenomena in their processes of unfoldment; (T) is the present moment functioning according to the ratio constant 13:20. Everything shaped by time is art.
The Law of Time affirms that the quality of beauty in nature is supreme;
it is a scientific and mathematical function of fourth-dimensional time.
All art codes are within us.
We ourselves, each and every one of us, are the artist that the planet is calling on!

SIOUX PRAYER REQUEST

Recently I read this request on a blog of a friend of mine. It helped me to find an activity to engage and help in this painfull toppic. Please experience and share the power of your prayer,  it's worth it!

***** A Great Urgency ******
****** To All World Religious and Spiritual Leaders ******

My Relatives,
Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders.
I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer.
We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the
World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their
sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life
of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many Animal
Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those
that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affect from
the oil disaster in the Gulf.

The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The
catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill which looks like the
bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes
that we cannot afford to continue to make.

I asked, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer
with the whole of our Global Communities. My concern is these serious
issues will continue to worsen, as a domino effect that our Ancestors
have warned us of in their Prophecies.

I know in my heart there are millions of people that feel our united
prayers for the sake of our Grandmother Earth are long overdue. I
believe we as Spiritual people must gather ourselves and focus our
thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have
been inflicted on the Earth. As we honor the Cycle of Life, let us
call for Prayer circles globally to assist in healing Grandmother
Earth (our Unc’I Maka).

We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That
the winds stay calm to assist in the work. Pray for the people to be
guided in repairing this mistake, and that we may also seek to live in
harmony, as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on.

As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected. And
that what we create can have lasting effects on all life.

So let us unite spiritually, All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer.
Along with this immediate effort, I also ask to please remember June
21st, World Peace and Prayer Day/Honoring Sacred Sites day. Whether it
is a natural site, a temple, a church, a synagogue or just your own
sacred space, let us make a prayer for all life, for good decision
making by our Nations, for our children’s future and well-being, and
the generations to come.

    TIME TO LET GO

We are now till 29th of may in the eleventh moon phase. 28 days to use for letting go and dissolve old habit patterns and structures hindering us in our freedom to grow towards whatever we deeply wish for. The intention for this phase is: Release, Liberate, Dissolve!
What do you wish to release?
Sometimes it is hard to pinpoint the itchy sting inside of us..... but still it's worth while trying!

Regarding myself I feel a great need to let go of some old resistance patterns buried deep inside myself hindering my wish for growth in my job.
In the last three years I created with all my knowledge an indeed beautiful working life. I have a great job I love because it fulfils me on all my levels of being.
I started out studying art and workt as painter ( the painting on the article about the significance of the moon calendar is one example of my work ). I did OK, had quite some chances, expositions and scholarships. After 10 years it didn't satisfied me anymore. Though I did successfully the job of my dreams I felt a lot of resistance I could cope with any longer. So I made a career change choosing yoga as my new technique.
In both lines of work my whish for living and sharing ultimate creative freedom and adventure is the deepest yearning / motivation. So the intention stayed the same only the technique changed...
I am now at a point in my career as a yoga teacher where I have build a harmonious fundament on the inner and outer level. I created a nurturing daily routine with a good income, a whole lot of freedom and obligations I freely and totally agree with. All of my commitments are chosen, deeply satisfying and in balance regarding the reward of my investment of time and energy.
But crazy enough there is still a little voice in me whispering: I don't want to. The resisting part!
So speaking of old habit patterns.... this is for sure one!
Reading this perhaps helps to give you an idea of your own entrapped energy.
This deep 'shadow personalities' we create in the first seven years of our life because of resentment. There is always something (till we are all enlightened!) our parents or other authorities like to change in the nature of the child. In order to function and be assured of love and care we have no other option than burying alive the part of ourselves which is not wanted and create a 'strategy-me' for serving our needs for love and care.
The problem is that by the time we are in no more need of the strategy-me we have totally forgotten about the 'deal' we made. The strategy-me is by than such a deep old habit we unconsciously adopted it as our own genuine behavior and we don't have a clue about the cast away treasure of natural energy!
Only the itchy saboteur in our head and actions, who persistently works against our efforts and good intentions reminds us of a conflict, a warzone, somewhere inside of us.
This saboteur is the buried energy that needs to be reinforced by conscious acknowlegdement and healing.

    Suggestion for healing:
The first step towards healing is a step towards our inner child. We need to level our communication to where ever we can reach this part of our psyche. You could meditate in a  position or place you liked as a child for example. After finding the right communication we have to listen and open up to the pain of this cast away personality of ourselves. Now we have to make sure that both parts of our psyche understand that the strategy-me is no longer needed by making a 'magical' choise. A ritual is the way to connect all the
parts of yourself in the now and create an action towards a new beginning in a style all parts can comprehend. Through the ritual you can let go of the strategy-me without making it a pure mental decision which inner child won't grasp.
Further I would like to advise you doing a ritual to rebirth the genuine 'buried alive' me.

Last but not least please use some playfulness so your inner child gets a treat and the decision you made becomes a happy, easy one!

    Peace and love,
    Anne

    EXPERIENCING THE MOON CALENDAR

Two years ago I started synchronising my life with the calendar. The benefits where direct doe to the peace of mind it gave me.
Being an Aries with Mars conjunct Sun in my first house I'm blessed with quite a degree of natural ambition. I tried bannishing it out of my personality with the consequence of building up frustration and anger.
By now I know that ambition is just the force behind growth and expansion. Every piece of nature has an intent and a degree of force to fuel the intent becomming materialized. Therefor it's important to connect the force behind growth with the natural intent instead of (like me before...) surpressing it, feeling guilty about it and wasting the fuel. ( If you don't know what your natural intention is and you would like to know more about it you can contact me for information on individual sessions looking into this matter.)
But even if you are not exactly sure about your goal the moon calendar can help you greatly  finding it.
I discovered by connecting myself with the calendar a lot of inner doubt and stress vanished. It's like giving space to the ambition so my inner nature can strive towards the most prosperous outcome.
Before working with this system my hastiness, doe to the lack of trust, was many times my downfall. I acted like I wanted to grow fruit in the spring without first growing flowers for pollination. Of course there was no other possibiliy than losing energy and a truly fulfilling result...
This changed quite dramaticly by synchronizing my actions wit the given intent of the moon calendar. Moments of doubt and high stess changed into moments of focus and relaxation. I know what to do and can enjoy the different stages of creation understanding that every one of the thirteen intentions has it's momentum and beauty. Above this I have been blessed wit an outcome that restored my trust in myself and the Universe as the provider of abundance on all levels.

WHAT IS THE 13 MOON CALENDAR

The 13 Moon, 28-day calendar is a beautifull systeme for all people everywhere who desire a new, harmonious and natural experience of time. If the calendar and time we follow is irregular, artificial and mechanized, so becomes our mind. As is our mind, so our world becomes, as is our world today: Irregular, artificial and mechanized. But if the calendar we follow is harmonic and in tune with natural cycles, so also will our mind become, and so we may find to a way of life in harmony with nature.
The 13 Moon calendar synchronizes solar and galactic cycles on juli correlating with the star Sirius.  Each of the 13 moons has a power, action, and quality which define an annual program to synchronize our consciousness with the galactic cycles.
As a perfect measure of cosmic time, this calendar is actually a synchronometer, an instrument for measuring synchronicity. Followed daily, it gives us a new lens in which to perceive events. In the New Time, synchronicity is the norm.
The 13 Moon 28-day synchronometer is a harmonic timespace matrix. It takes the moon 28 days to orbit the Earth; it makes this orbit 13 times each year. The standard of measure is the 28-day cycle, called a moon, because it is the median between the 29.5-day synodic cycle of the moon (new moon to new moon) and the 27.1-day sidereal cycle of the moon. Hence, it is a measure of Earth’s solar orbit using the 28-day lunar standard. This creates a perfect orbital measure of 13 moons of 28 days, totaling 364 days, or 52 perfect weeks of 7 days each. Because the 365th day is no day of the moon or week at all, it is known as the “day out of time” - this day gives us the opportunity to celebrate time as pure art of harmony and order!

    MIRACLES HAPPEN

Some month ago I finally found the missing ingredient essential in the process of praying. Quite some time I felt like practicing in prayer with an incomplete formula. I missed a part essential for raising above doubt. There was the desire which is necessary to start the process of praying but I didn't know how to led it grow for sure above duality.
One day, doing a beautyful meditation for connecting with the secret space of the heart, I found the 'baking powder' that raises the prayer beyond limitations of doubt and duality.
Praying or asking is an important part in the process of creation. It's the moment of expansion. We open up and connect ourselves towards our environment and though expand our effectiveness and efficiency for materializing the longing that lies at the base of the prayer.
The true action of prayer supplies us with the space and the best connection possible for the outcome of our deep desire. In the process we need to open up all the protecting layers around our heart. Like a seed opening up and giving way to the fragile seedling. The soft, unprotected enterior can vibrate now with all intensity the frequency matching the desire towards the cosmos. This unrestricted vibration of the heart is the ingredient needed to open the space of unlimited opportunities. That I know for sure now!
Tips about opening your heart and meditations will come soon.
Take care and lots of wellness,
    Anne

    INSIGHT

This piece of text is out of a book I find extremely inspirational at this moment. It's about the spiritual science of numerology. Wow, what a surplus of poetic, scientific wisdom!
Applied numerology is the activity of decoding the signs on your map of life. The numbers are the unchanging common essence amongst a world of changing appearance.
The book is called 'Let the numbers guide you'.
You can read more about it or order it using the link below and enlarge your scope :-)

    2010+ SAT KRIYA= WOW!

'When live is applied, life is supplied by God' - Yogi Bhajan

Middel of January I read the 2010 Numerology Forecast by Nam Hari Kaur Kalsa in the 3HO Newsletter. She stated that this calendar year shifts the psyche of humanity into a proactive rhythm of accomplishment and regeneration. Her words translated precisely the state I have felt myself transformed in since the beginning of this year. 'There is a sense of emotional urgency to the flow of this year' she says. I agree; this is our moment to direct and shoot. No more waiting and cleaning up but 'go for it' is the spirit.
Eckard Tolle tells us that there are three states of enlightened doing: surrender, joy and enthusiam. Enthusiasm is a high flow of energy. For me it feels like energetic authority. The high pitch of it makes a natural gathering of forces possible to expand the substance the forces are focused on. The number three ( 2+0+1+0=3 ) carries the capacity for positive action and the efforts to be a hero and this is our moment to be heroic. It doesn't matter if you use this essence of 3 inside yourself or in a group. It matters that you direct all energies towards one point and acting upon this choice. This is the perfect year to do so.  We have to 'gather the troops' and succeed in convincing, directing and initiating the inner or/and outer force to focus and march in one direction.
Nam Hari Kaur Kalsa suggests: '11 minutes a day of Sat Kriya will sustain you like nothing else. When you are on track, there is a greater ability to read the field and manoeuvre accordingly, through your own sensory system.'  This is a valuable advise I directly followed up on and would like to hand over to you. Next to sustaining our energy it helps in understanding and becoming a conscious part of this planetary proactive rhythm. The action of gathering and directing is applied in a daily rhythm. In addition to that and all the other benefits the Sat Kriya delivers it helps opening up towards enthousiasm ;-)
    Sat Nam!

    Sat Kriya
Sit on your heels and klasp the hands above the head, with fingers interlaced except for the index fingers straight up (like in the picture above). Men cross right thumb over left; women cross left thumb over right.
The arms are straight hugging the ears (widen the shoulder blades and roll the armpits towards each other).
Close your eyes and focus on your third eye point.

    BANDHANA KRIYA

" There can be tremendous change in your destiny, because it brings the neutrality of the tattwas ( elements)" Yogi Bahjan

About 13 years ago I was drawn into hand reading. I bought some books and walked through the lines of my hands into the depths of my psyche. I internalized the knowledge in the books and filled them with stories I heard from my inner self. For more than a year I was totally fixated on the interior of mine and other peoples hands.
One belief I came across was the connection between a cup shaped handpalm and the disability to create material wealth. A stretched palm that could hold water, poured into it, is similar to a hand of a beggar, always reaching out to receive alms. Unfortunately I have two hand palms shaped like this and a history of times with low cash flow.
It would be easy to connect my financial droughts to several circumstances of my life starting with a low focus on money, an inner incapability for putting a little water by the wine and a choice of profession with a substantial need for luck and perseverance to belong to the happy few with a 'royal' income. But precisely luck and perseverance are two traits in life I can always count on. Nevertheless, I feel a source of imbalance and I rather see a connection with an old collective christian believe pattern: true spirituality and material wealth don't belong together. Of course by now we know better. But are we already intrinsicly heeled and ready to move towards the new believe pattern? And what is that new belief? Franciscus of Assisi lived in and created a whole movement around poverty. But he was so rich on compassion that he even now fills the hearts of people with joy. Osho was a great enlightened artistic magician and next to bunches of books he also materialized 80 Rolls Royce and I thank him for that wholeheartedly! He shacked my spiritual structure like no other with this deed..., I still remember the lightening and thunder in my system, my struggle to comprehend; and the opening towards light by the acceptance that we are all born rich and that there is no guilt ore shame involved living it out.
But there are different qualities of richness like there are different people. Ask a professional cook and she can tell you probably a lot about the richness belonging to different sorts of food: texture, colour, smell..... So the importance is to open up towards our own intrinsic richness.
Living our unique traits, created by the perfect blend of the elements ( tattwas ) is, from my point of view, the one road towards righteously earned wealth in whatever form.
Practicing the Bandha Kriya gave me the understanding how important it is to work, if needed, on the 'belief gap' in our structure. Thinking that wealth is our natural right of birth is a good first step. Creating a new elemental structure to hold this belief (if you are like me 'blessed' with the inheritance of an old structure) is for the step to follow.
Knowing to have lived numerous life's 'in the name of god' my cupped hand palms seem a perfect materialisation of a christian duality which dominated for centuries our thinking. The yogic technique of the Bandha Kriya gives you and me the tool to change this line of fate and seize again infinity within our human capacity. We balance our self by perfectly connecting both palms and neutrality is created by adding rhythm, rate, pranic force. The elements can reasamble themselfes like they are ment to be in this life, Wahey Guru!

    Bandhana Kriya
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Press your hands together in Prayer Mudra (like you see in the picture above). The hands must be exactly pressed together, the fingers must be exactly fitted against each other, the thumbs fully connected, and palms perfectly pressed together. Leave no room for error. The eyes are nine-tenths closed with a line of vision paralleling the nose. Inhale deeply, hold the breath in, and mentally chant Wha-hey Guroo eight times. Then exhale completely, hold he breath out, and mentally chant Wha-hey Guroo eight times at the same rhythm and rate. Continue 31 minutes.

    SPIRITUAL NAME

Shortly before I started with my first teachers training I applied for a spiritual name. The Kundalini Yoga practice of spiritual name giving here in the West originated by Yogi Bhajan. He passed this method down to others for sustaining this knowledge. Within this tradition it is up to you to take the first step towards this gift. You certainly don't have to be a teacher or advanced practitioner to apply. When you feel ready it's just a matter of taking initiative and than waiting to get 'written prove' of your souls destiny. It presents the highest purpose of the person who is called by that name. A spiritual name is like a personal mantra guiding you to that destiny.
Spiritual names where quite fare out for my apprehension at that time so I wasn't  attached to the outcome. It just seemed fun to do. But when it arrived through the mail it hit me big times: Two little words - big impact! The name I received was Guru Karta. No big explanation came with it like I had seen by others; just the four words 'God is the Doer'..., and everything fell into place.
Before I started teaching Kundalini Yoga, I was a professional artist. The point was that I lost myself in doing. I couldn't handle my passion in a good way and ended up being a frantic workaholic with no further life at all. Doe to the physical consequences of it I started this yoga. I learned by now that vanishing in doing is marvellous but an art on itself doing it the 'right' way. The name helped and still helps me a bunch to stay focused on this essence. When becoming to attached towards the outcome or loosing the big picture by being too frenzy I repeat "God is the Doer". The frantic me vanishes ( more or les, hihi) and gives space to my soul . What a relieve!

    ISHT SODHANA MANTRA

15 feb 2009 I started with the Isht Sodhana Mantra, to manifest intention so that destiny can be fulfilled. My intention was to do this meditation for 1000 days. By now I love it so much that my intention shifted towards a lifelong commitment.
We are quickly approaching the transition to the Aquarian Age.
Much has been written about this. From the yogic point of view it is humanity’s transition from adolescence to maturity. We leave behind the Piscean Era and enter into the age of global awareness, radiance, intuition and cooperation. We believe an age of equanimity and prosperity wil arise accompanied by an evolution in our capacity to perceive, think, feel and sense. Such growth would mean a lot of change: old structures and ways of thinking, communicating and living, everything has to change.....
I have read that this period of testing and growth will last until 2038.
Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in the sixties, gave us a great tool with this mind blowing technique to prepare and open up to the possibilities of the new Era. With the expanded awareness we can act effectively, support others and join spontaneous the creativity of life. By the way, precisely at 11:30am (PST), November 11, 2011 the cusp period will end and the Age of Aquarius will begin.
In Kundalini Yoga we practice 40‐day meditations to embody new experiences or increase capacities.
We practice 90‐day meditations to clear our subconscious and build new habits.
We practice 120‐day meditations to realize that awareness in our daily lives.
But when we want to experience self‐mastery and confirm our consciousness, beyond every change of
time, space and circumstance, we practice 1,000 days.

The Isht Sodhana Mantra is a meditation with the intention to embody your unique qualities of being a co-creator.
From the Mayan point of view we are now in the phase they call the galactic underworld. Integrity, living from the hart, is the most important trait to obtain in our awareness during this period.  A necessary step before the last and completing step, towards a new cicle: becoming a co-creator.
So if you are in for a little preparation towards this new consciousness pattern join in with this indeed 'monumental' mantra meditation!11 min. a day are aready enough to create the inner buzz.

    A CLEAN START....

As above so below. Let's create a Solar Tribe here on Earth!

If you want to have a clean start in the New Year and just feel like experiencing one of the most efficient and wonderful cleansing and healing diets your wellkom to try this recipe below from the book "Ancient Art of Self-Healing". It's very suitable for the winter because of it's richness in proteine.
In okt.-nov. I followed this diet for 40 days (the whole day). First I felt restricted and sorry for myself...., my senses pulled and triggered my brain in every possible way to lure me in a little cheating, temptation around every corner. But after some days I felt so light but well fed, balanced and clean from inside that it got better and better. My focus got strong because I didn't wanted to loose that new experience. I never felt better in my belly and my intestines than during this diet! It altered my understanding about food. I'm quite a health freak and this experience added a new dimension of wellness created by food to my knowledge. I now prepare it once a month. Because it takes some time to prepare I dubble the amount given underneath. It's enough for three days for two people adding some fruit in the morning.

    Enjoy and greetz,
    Anne

    Mung Beans and Rice ("Kitcheree"):

    1 cup mung beans
    1 cup basmati rice
    9 cups water
4-6 cups chopped assorted vegetables (for example: sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchine, broccoli, etc. be creative!)
1/2 cup of olive oil or ghee (cleaned butter)
    2 onions, chopped
    1/3 cup minced ginger root
    8-10 cloves garlic, minced
    1 heaping teaspoon tumeric
    1 heaping teaspoon garam masala
    ½ teaspoon pepper
1 heaping teaspoon crushed red chillies
    1 tablespoon sweet basil
    2 bay leaves
    seeds of 5 cardamon pods
salt or tamari sauce to taste

Wash beans and rice. Bring water to boil. Add rice and beans and let boil over medium-high flame. Prepare vegetables. Add vegetables to cooking rice and beans. Heat oil or ghee in large frying pan. Add onions, ginger, and garlic and saute over medium-high flame until browning. Add curcuma (tumeric), black pepper, and chilli (no salt or herbs). When nicely well done, put this mixture into the cooking beans and rice. Add herbs. Stir well. Continue to cook until totally and completely well done, over a medium-high flame, stirring often. The consistency should be rich, thick and soup-like (mine I like a little thicker), with ingredients barely discernable.
